Perhaps the most popular camp for all the girls. This incredible facility has lodges that can accommodate each tribe, wide open fields, a 5-story-tall climbing tower, .22 rifle range, archery range, and a lake for canoe rides (though no water in it for this year). We also have a great GaGa Dodgeball court to play in all weekend. A visit to Julian on Sunday for lunch is an awesome way to end the trip too. Camp Marston website
Camp Oakes is nestled in the beautiful mountains of Big Bear Lake and provides a great opportunity to get away. Activities are endless and if there is snow, the girls can have fun nailing dad with a snowball or two. Even without the snow, there are still tons of activities including an exploration of the stars at the camp’s own observatory!
The highlight of the year, dads and daughters dress up for this semi-formal event. Girls get to dance, do the Limbo, and Hula Hoop contests, and enjoy a tasty brunch buffet. It’s another memorable occasion for every DAD (Dads and Daughters) to attend. Surf & Sand Resort website
One of the premier camping facilities in all of California, this location is a Boy Scout facility which allows us access to many wonderful activities: BB gun range, archery, kayaking, snorkeling, hiking, and much more. Wildlife abounds here with sightings of buffalo, foxes, deer, and cats. We camp in bunk cabins, though there are tent facilities too. Emerald Bay website
